At Blue Dawn Kalymnos, we are committed to offering a clear, secure, and seamless reservation experience.

1. Reservation Deposit

​

To guarantee your booking, a deposit is required.

• Standard season: 30% of the total amount.

• High season (July, August & special holidays): 50% of the total amount.

• Reservations remain tentative until payment is received.

• Deposit payment must be completed within 48 hours of confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

2. Full Payment Terms

• The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.

• For reservations under 3 nights, full prepayment may be required.

• For long-term stays (10+ nights), installment options may be arranged upon request.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

​

• Visa / Mastercard

• Bank transfer

• Cash (EUR)

• Online payment request

• Selected digital payment methods (upon request)

Any transfer fees from banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the guest.

4. Currency

All charges are processed in Euro (€).
Blue Dawn Kalymnos is not responsible for exchange rate differences or international bank charges.

5. Cancellation Terms

​

Cancellation policies vary according to the booking type:

Flexible Reservations

​

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

• 50% charge for cancellations within 14 days.

• 100% charge for cancellations within 7 days.

​

Non-Refundable Reservations

​

• Full amount charged and non-refundable.

​

6. Modification Policy

​

Changes to reservation dates are subject to:

​

• Availability

• Seasonal price differences

• Minimum stay requirements

​

Date changes during high-demand periods may result in rate adjustments.

​

7. No-Show Policy

​

Failure to arrive without notice by midnight on the check-in date will be considered a no-show.

In this case:

​

• The reservation may be canceled.

• Deposit and any prepaid amount may be retained.

​

8. Early Departure Policy

Guests leaving earlier than their scheduled departure may still be charged for the full reserved period, depending on the rate selected.

9. Security / Damage Deposit

​

In certain cases, Blue Dawn Kalymnos reserves the right to request a refundable damage deposit upon arrival.

This may apply for:

• Long stays

• Group reservations

• Special event bookings

​

The amount will be returned after inspection.

​

10. Additional Charges

​

Extra charges may apply for:

​

• Additional guests beyond the reservation

• Extra cleaning requests

• Laundry services

• Private transfers

• Scooter / car rentals

• Diving experiences

• Guided activities

• Late check-out (subject to availability)

11. Tourist Tax / Climate Resilience Fee

​

Guests are responsible for any government-imposed accommodation taxes or climate fees required by Greek regulations.

​

12. Group Bookings

​

For multiple-room reservations:

• Different payment and cancellation terms may apply.

• Larger deposits may be required.

• Final guest list may be requested before arrival.

13. Force Majeure

Blue Dawn Kalymnos shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Extreme weather

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Transportation disruptions

14. Fraud Prevention

​

For security purposes:

​

• The cardholder may be asked to present the same payment card upon arrival.

• Identification matching the reservation may be required.

15. Direct Booking Benefits

​

Guests booking directly with Blue Dawn Kalymnos may receive:

• Better rates

• Flexible arrangements
